The University of Central Florida is kicking off a whole week of great events at the Dr. Phillips Center with UCF Celebrates the Arts 2015. The events are free, but RSVPs are recommended (if you haven't RSVPd, empty seats will be filled on a first-come basis). There are over a dozen events just this weekend!
The 2015 Florida Film Festival kicks off this weekend and will screen over 170 movies between April 10th and 19th. The films are shown around town and tickets are generally around $9.
The Central Florida Native Plant Sale is your chance to have a beautiful, eco-friendly yard (unless you're us and kill everything that blooms). The sale is this Friday from 4:00 to 7:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

The Bacchus Bash 2015 takes over Orlando Premium Outlets this Friday from 5:00 to 10:00pm with over 70 food and beverage booths; free but RSVP recommended.

Saturday, April 11th
Pedalpalooza and Pancake Breakfast is a day of bikes, breakfast, and more bikes. The family-friendly bike event starts at 9:30am followed by breakfast at the Hammered Lamb ($15 for adults, $7 for kids).
This Saturday is Slow Art Day, and Snap! Orlando Presents: Slow Art Day 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00pm, a time to take in art and discuss it; free.

Come out and Drink Around the World, hosted by Wall Street Plaza, Orlando Pub Crawl, and the Orlando Sports and Social Club. The event will be at the Orlando Sports and Social Club in Audubon Park; advance tickets are $20.
Body//Talk is back in the Milk District this Saturday. This musical-intentional party starts at 10:00pm and will straddle Space Bar and Sandwich Bar, featuring six performances; $7 / $5 if you dress surreal.

This one's gonna be a nail-biter: Come out and watch Orlando City vs Portland Timbers this Sunday at 5:00pm at downtown's Harp & Celt.
Wind down your weekend with a little family drama, violence, and simulated sexual intercourse. We're of course talking about the Game of Thrones Season 5 Premiere Party, happening this Sunday at 8:00pm at the Geek Easy. Other activities may include promotional giveaways and the release of a GoT beer.
