With a passion for great events, unique places, good food, and thrifty entertainment, theORLANDOAN is one of Central Florida's premier online city guides. With regular Weekend Previews, editorial pieces, and Orlando-inspired merchandise, theORLANDOAN's primary goal is to chronicle the journey of a city coming into its own. Along the way, we hope to build an appreciation for Orlando and show off what The City Beautiful is all about.
theORLANDOAN was founded by Alex Lenhoff and Andi Perez (now Yelp's Orlando Community Manager), two kids with a nerdy passion for their city. Comments, questions, or suggestions? Email us@theORLANDOAN.com.
Alex Lenhoff | Co-Founder and Writer
When he's not drinking beer from a giant glass boot, Alex is the blog's creative director, one of the writers, and a tech wizard (just kidding, it's Blogger!). He does interviews with people you may not have heard of but will be glad you did. He started this blog to help make the case that Orlando is secretly awesome.

Tairí Pérez | Writer and Social Media Coordinator
Tairí is the blog's resident vegan correspondent, corgi-lover, and event finder. She uses her innately sassy writing style to help create our Weekend Previews, writes original pieces on exploring Orlando, and interviews awesome locals. Tairí is also one of the blog's Instagrammers and helps keep our social media outlets lively.
Tina Craig | Photographer
Tina is an Orlando-based documentary-style photographer. From people and places to local venues and hand-made items, her photographs put the "beautiful" in The City Beautiful. You can see more of here work here.
